Initiated as Centarti & Sanguinetti Asoc, and dedicated since our beginnings to provide a wide range of resources and services for national and international companies, we have been searching for new business alternatives that allow us to improve and provide more and better services with quality and professionalism. Since 2002 and after meeting a series of demanding standards, we were selected by Baker Tilly International (ranked as the eighth largest auditing firm in the world and represented in 141 countries) to be part of the network as an independent member for the Argentine Republic.

In 2006, after 4 years of frank evolution, we took another important step by obtaining the authorization to operate under the name 'Baker Tilly Cysas'. Finally, in 2018, the network re-launches the brand and most of the firms take the trade name of Baker Tilly. In these years, the firm has developed, beyond the traditional audit, consulting, tax and outsourcing (BPO) services, a great experience in reorganization, M&A and management of companies. Baker Tilly International provides us with access to the latest technology, with the implementation of the global audit methodology, which represents a fundamental tool in the network. With more than 200 professionals organized in multidisciplinary teams, exclusively dedicated to meet the needs of our clients to satisfy them and provide immediate response in all types of services, within a firm environment in permanent growth.
The growth of our firm, with new clients and services, allowed us, as of 2019, to incorporate two new lines of business: Legal and SAP Consulting.
